MV33 Construction Progress in Dubai

Construction is advancing rapidly at the MV33 villa in Dubai. The works on the façade are now nearing completion, while the interiors, curated by Breath Design, are progressively taking shape as the project enters a new phase on site.
Conceived as a reflection of the studio’s design philosophy, MV33 explores a refined architectural language based on spatial clarity, material authenticity, and a strong dialogue with the outdoors. Stone and wood define the material palette, chosen for their tactile presence and ability to age naturally, while clean lines and warm atmospheric tones create a sense of continuity between the built environment and nature.

At the heart of the house, a dramatic double-height indoor garden acts as the project’s central living space. From this void emerges the sculptural staircase hall, a defining architectural moment inspired by the raw beauty of stone quarries, where layered textures, light, and verticality transform circulation into a spatial experience.
With the structure and envelope now largely complete, the construction site is entering a crucial stage where the interior architecture and design vision of Breath Design are becoming increasingly visible.
New images from the construction site will soon reveal the ongoing progress of the project.
