AYA Tower featured in International Press

Developed by Palace Group, AYA represents one of the most anticipated vertical residential projects in the district, a boutique tower conceived around the idea of intentional luxury and mindful living. The project is designed by the London-based architecture studio John McAslan + Partners and will feature a limited collection of 70 residences across twelve floors, combining refined architecture with open-air terraces, landscaped pockets of greenery, and carefully curated communal spaces.

Within this framework, Breath Design is responsible for the interior design and landscape concept of the AYA Tower, shaping the experiential dimension of the residences and outdoor environments according to the studio’s philosophy of architecture as a space for wellbeing, perception, and emotional balance.

The project explores a contemporary approach to living where design, light, materials, and spatial rhythm contribute to a holistic residential experience. Natural materials, organic forms, and generous daylight define the interiors, while open-plan layouts and extended balconies create a seamless dialogue between indoor calm and the surrounding city.

Conceived as a design-led sanctuary in the heart of Dubai, AYA reflects a broader shift in the region’s residential architecture, moving from spectacle toward a more human-centered vision of luxury, where quality of space, wellbeing, and meaningful everyday living take precedence.

For Breath Design, the project represents a significant contribution to one of the most promising urban developments in Dubai, bringing the studio’s design philosophy into a vertical residential environment that integrates architecture, landscape, and interior experience into a unified vision.
